Meet Kathleen

My name is Kathleen Hernder and I’m an non-diet Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor!​ I'm passionate about helping people stop making food the enemy and help make it enjoyable. Healthy eating doesn't mean diets and restriction, it means paying attention to your body and what makes you feel good!

 

I specialize in helping people stop the restriction and overeating cycle and also work in sports nutrition, diabetes management, heart healthy eating, eating disorders, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome management.

As I am a registered healthcare practitioner, my services may be covered under your extended healthcare plan. We even offer direct billing for some insurance companies to make services more accessible! Check with your extended healthcare provider to see if Registered Dietitian services are covered for you.
